The universe of excellence embraced by Sag’80 does not stop only in Italy but also crosses the Alps to France, where the path of Ligne Roset, a brand with more than a century-long history capable of carving out a leading role for itself in the world of international design, began.
The history of
Ligne Roset
in fact begins in 1860, as a company specializing in the production of walking sticks. Since then, the long road travelled has enabled the company to make the made-in-France quality known through furnishings of all kinds, from the highly appreciated sofas to chairs, rugs, furniture, lighting or outdoor items.
The lowest common denominator, depending on the type of furniture, remains that of creativity, which is always the starting point for Ligne Roset and the prestigious designers with whom the company collaborates. Once the idea is developed, in fact, the brand works to realize it through the required materials or production methods, thus putting operations at the service of the creative idea.
The quality of Ligne Roset sofas faithfully reflects the evolution of a company that now has more than 200 locations around the world: product manufacturing standards are kept very high thanks especially to in-house production, which also makes it possible to make the offer wide and diversified.
TOGO SOFA : THE MOST SOUGHT AFTER
Ligne Roset’s Togo collection, designed by Michel Ducaroy, is undoubtedly one of the most popular thanks to its unique aesthetics that can stand the test of time without ever losing its peculiarities.
Original yet comfortable, the sofa’s soft line-designed shapes invite you to carve out moments of total relaxation, further accentuated by the ergonomic design of polyester foam and quilted covers.
PLOUM SOFA: DESIGN AND CONCEPT
Designed by designers Erwan and Ronan Bouroullec, the Ploum sofa is the result of the company’s long and meticulous research into comfort: the result led to ultra-flexible foam padding combined with a stretchy upholstery to create a seat that is as wide as it is comfortable.
The design is also designed to immediately catch the eye, thanks to the offset between the two backrests: the right one is in fact deeper and higher than the left one. Its shapes are also designed to accommodate and accommodate the bodies of those who sit on it, ensuring maximum comfort.
MINIMAL AND ESSENTIAL: PRADO SOFA
Even at first glance, it is evident how Ligne Roset’s Prado sofa responds to other logics than the company’s other models, focusing on the simplicity and clean lines that characterize a minimalist design.
In fact, designer Christian Werner was inspired by the shape of a simple bench, but enriched by weighted cushions with a non-slip system, so that they can be placed at will, without the need for a foothold.
