The AH01 outdoor kitchen designed by Alessandro Andreucci & Christian Hoisl for Boffi is the complete, high-quality solution that offers professional-level cooking performance, for outdoor cooking enthusiasts, perfectly integrating functionality and sophisticated design.
BOFFI Kitchen AH01: Technical Features and Materials
This kitchen consists of stainless steel blocks, equipped with an AISI 316 stainless steel tubular frame, and includes three separate modules for cooking, washing and preparation, available in either wall or island versions. Alternatively, a monoblock containing all functions can be purchased.
The AH01 Outdoor Kitchen is designed to ensure healthy and tasty cooking, preserving the flavors of different foods. You can cook chicken meat after sausage, or zucchini after meat, without mixing the flavors.
The stove has an inclined plate, which allows easy maintenance and cleaning by draining liquids into a removable front tray.
In addition, cooking without seasonings prevents the production of smoke, minimizing odors that could disturb neighbors.
The BBQ cooking area is equipped with professional burners and a 304 stainless steel FryTop griddle, while the washing monoblock is equipped with up-and-down faucets.
Kitchen AH01 is equipped with accessories such as:
- Splash guard flaps in the cooking area,
- container for the gas cylinder,
- siphon cover for island connections
- cover sheet for each individual element.
The monoblock also comes with a Paperstone Slate service top with a Paperstone-equipped pull-out drawer.
The monoblock is made entirely of AISI316 stainless steel, consisting of cooking area, washing and service elements with worktop and drawer element also made of Paperstone Slate.
Boffi’s AH01 Outdoor kitchen is therefore a design specifically for outdoor use, made from high-quality materials, such as AISI 316 stainless steel and iroko wood or Paperstone, that can withstand outdoor weather conditions.
